We are located on the quiet outskirts of Fügen - in the district Kleinboden, in the heart of the first holiday region in the Zillertal and offer the ideal starting point to discover the Zillertal winter and summer. Just a minute's walk from our accommodation is the free ski bus that takes you to the ski areas Spieljoch and Hochfügen-Hochzillertal for skiing.

105 m² of living space await you above the roofs of the Zillertal and offer enough space for everyone. You will find a spacious and light flooded apartment with 3 bedrooms, a large living room with living area and flat screen TV, a modern bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, pots, pans and other cooking utensils complete our offer. Relax after hiking with children or skiing with friends on our spacious terrace or our balcony, which invite you to linger. Golf lovers should not miss out on a visit to the 18 hole golf course in Uderns. - This is just 250 meters from our apartment.  

Pure skiing pleasure in Fügen-Kaltenbach awaits you in the ski areas Spieljoch and Hochfügen-Hochzillertal. For the little skiers, a visit to the children's ski school is recommended, while ski professionals can venture on the numerous valley runs. For your ski equipment, the in-house ski cellar is ready.
