Our house is situated at the entrance of Juns in a quiet, sunny location awarded with 4 Edelweiss. The bus stop is about 5 minutes by foot away. To the glacier it is about 3 km and the next village with shopping facilities and restaurants is about 1 km away. There you find the Eggalmbahn (entrance possibility to the ski area Zillertal 3000). The cross-country ski run passes below our house and stretches from Tux-Vorderlanersbach to Madseit.
