Sunny holiday chalet in fantastic location

This chalet which was built in 2019 is located in the beautiful Leutasch Valley about 25km from Innsbruck in Tyrol and offers space for up to ten people.
The wonderful landscape with countless free time activities in every season as well as the comfortable furnishings of the semi-detached house with its own sauna (incl.) make the chalet the perfect holiday destination.

Those who would like to do without cooking can enjoy culinary delights in one of the surrounding restaurants, which are also within walking distance. A supermarket, a bank, various sports shops, the alpine baths, the ice skating rink, the riding school and a horse-drawn sleigh stand are in immediate vicinity and can be reached by car in a maximum of five minutes.
For cross-country skiers and winter hikers various tours start only 50 m from the house. Leutasch is known as a cross-country skiing paradise.

At an altitude of 1,200 meters and surrounded by mountain ranges on all sides, Seefeld is a particularly snow-reliable location. From December until the end of March you can enjoy the ski slopes to the full and delight in in a fairytale winter landscape.

Our breathtaking winter wonderland is not only a pretty sight! It also offers a wealth of different leisure pursuits. In fact you could try out a different winter sport every single day of your holiday. Whatever your taste, whatever your mood, you’ll find something which suits you – Alpine, Nordic or cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, ice-skating…the list goes on.

The Seefeld Ski Arena can be reached by car in about 15-20 minutes. With 48 kilometres of slopes and 30 of the most modern cable-cars and lifts, it offers unadulterated fun for ski and snowboard aficionados, while the 5 ski schools provide courses tailored to suit the needs of every skier – from young beginners to seasoned experts. If this is not enough for you during the day, you can enjoy your favorite sport in the evening on perfectly groomed slopes and cross-country ski runs under floodlight.
