Our house is situated in a sunny, quiet, central location surrounded by the Kitzbühel Alps!
In Summer the bathing lake is easily reached in 5 minutes by foot.
Access to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental and to the ski bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away.
The supermarket, newsagents, bakery etc. are also easily reached on foot.
Only the persons registered with us are entitled to stay in the apartment!!
