You find our Koller holiday apartment at the heart of the idyllic village of Stumm in Erste Ferienregion Zillertal. Enjoy the sun here with us till late in the evening! Within a few minutes only you reach the picturesque centre of Stumm with hotels, baker's and convenience shops as well as an alpine dairy. The Hochzillertal valley station is only 1.5km away and the free ski bus, which only stops 200m from the Koller holiday apartment, takes you to the fantastic snow paradise within 5 minutes only. The leisure pools of Stumm are only 8 minutes away as well. Our Koller holiday apartment measures about 120m² and comes with 2 double rooms with basins or shower, 1 room with 2 bunk beds, 1 three-bed room with shower, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with sitting corner, living room with satellite TV and extendable couch, bathroom with WC and 1 extra WC. All rooms come with their own balcony that offer a wonderful view of the Zillertaler Mountains. Free Wifi, towels as well as bed linen are available. The guesthouse also offers parking, a ski room and a ski boot dryer. Spend wonderful summer days in Erste Ferienregion Zillertal. The village of Stumm offers great hiking and cycling tours: Mount the summit of the Hamberg (2095m) or explore the mystic Märzengrund with your mountain bike. You can start all the routes directly from the holiday apartment. Afterwards the leisure pools of Stumm provide refreshment or you can unwind at Therme Fügen with its large spa and sauna area. Therme Fügen is only 10 minutes away by car and also opens during winter months. In winter Erste Ferienregion Zillertal offers skiing pleasure at its best. By car you reach the much-acclaimed Hochzillertal - Hochfügen skiing area within 5 minutes only, where perfectly groomed pistes, ski courses and après-ski facilities await you. At the Wedelhütte you can even enjoy culinary treats on skies since it is located directly at the ski piste, over 2000m above sea level.
