Our farm is situated in a fantastic location in Neustift. Surrounded by meadows in summer and white, snowy fields in winter, you can enjoy wonderful views of the Stubai Mountains.

The Ladestatthof farm offers newly renovated and lovingly decorated rooms and apartments with balconies that guarantee wonderful holidays.

For a healthy start of the day, guests of our comfort rooms are awaited by a rich breakfast buffet consisting of local products and delicacies right from our farm. We also offer home-baked farmer’s bread, various rolls, delicious farmer’s butter, fresh cow milk and yogurt, local meat and cheese, homemade jams and fruit juices, homemade cakes, spelt and oats cereals, as well as our own spreads with curd and fresh fruit salad.

For a leisurely breakfast in your apartment, you can order a breakfast basket with farm produce or enjoy our breakfast buffet against a small surcharge.

At our Ladestatthof farm in Neustift, we guarantee fun holidays with children as well as games, fun and adventure both in good and in bad weather, indoors and outdoors, in summer and winter.
Milking a real cow with farmer Karl, feeding calves, petting kittens and bunnies, riding the hay cart -your children will gather great holiday experiences at our farm.

Your little ones will also have a great time in your family vacation in the Stubaital in the gaming paradise and can unwind on our adventure playground, while parents can take a time-out on the sun terrace or in a hammock.

Recreation for adults and something completely new for the little ones; the free day-care provided by the BIG Family Stubai Summer Club offers a new programme highlight for our little guests on a daily basis. Boredom simply does not stand a chance here with us at the Ladestatthof farm in Neustift!

Gentle sounds, comforting scents and the views of the Stubai Glacier will make you forget everyday troubles in no time. Here, with us at the Ladestatthof guesthouse you can relax in a 150m² spa and relax area.

In our wellness oasis you will find many highlights, such as a steam bath with starry sky, an alpine Finnish sauna made of old "barn wood", an infrared sauna with in-depth effect, a solarium, a grotto with 5 sparkling showers, an atmospheric relaxation area, a sauna parlour with vitamin bar, a free tea bar and a rock fountain with fresh spring water.

Guests of the Ladestatthof guesthouse use the Stubai Super Card for free during their hiking holidays in the Stubaital. Your host Gabi is happy to provide tips for a varied vacation on a daily basis.

In summer, you can spend an unforgettable hay night at the Ladestatthof farm. Nestled in the fragrant hay of the barn you will enjoy a unique atmosphere with a view of the starry sky. Dinner is served by your host Gabi in form of a savoury "Tyrolean snack" with farmhouse bread, sausages and cheese. In the morning, we offer a special buffet breakfast with homemade delicacies.
