Welcome to our pleasant guesthouse Landhaus Puitbach here in the lovely Leutaschtal valley in Tyrol’s Region Seefeld.
Our pleasant, well-kept guesthouse enjoys an idyllic, tranquil location at the forest’s edge in the hamlet of Puitbach, just 2 km from the centre of Leutasch Weidach where you can find several restaurants and inns serving mouth-watering Tyrolean specialities. A supermarket and sports retailers are also located there.

Our fully-equipped, cosily-appointed holiday apartments and comfortable double rooms in Landhaus Puitbach are all custom-made and furnished in different country styles - modern-meets-rustic, Swedish-Danish in pale blue and white, Italian or traditional Tyrolean-style in light spruce timber. Savour breathtaking views of the magnificent mountain backdrop of the Leutaschtal valley and, in winter, enjoy the vast network of immaculately groomed cross-country ski trails.
Countless rural and farming antiques throughout the guesthouse and delightful details and touches also add to the cosy, home-away-from-home ambience. It’s easy to get here by car or by rail - carport parking is available and we’re always happy to collect guests from the railway station.

Access to the A9 cross-country ski trail starts right on the doorstep of Landhaus Puitbach and our resident guests enjoy free use of all 246,5 km of trails located in the Region Seefeld. Take in the breathtakingly beautiful, snow-covered landscape of the Leutaschtal valley during long, leisurely walks along cleared winter hiking tracks.

During the summer months too, the Leutaschtal valley is the perfect place for an enjoyable holiday in Tyrol. Starting just on the other side of the road is the Achweg walking trail that takes you through the entire valley that makes up Leutasch. Alternatively, you can enjoy hiking in the Karwendel mountain range. Numerous tours start right on our doorstep. Leutasch also offers countless mountain biking routes. Particularly well-worth visiting are the scenic Gaistal valley with its alpine pastures and mountain huts and the Leutasch Spirit Gorge. Both are easy to reach by bus and the bus stop is a mere 30 m away. Pure, unadulterated relaxation can also be had in Leutasch’s ErlebnisWelt Alpenbad leisure complex just 2 km away.
