The house is located in the heart of the small village. In the immediate vicinity there are shopping facilities (supermarket, baker, butcher), banks, ski bus stop (2 minutes walk), swimming pool and lake (6 minutes walk), gondola valley station (8 minutes walk). Various restaurants can also be reached on foot in a few minutes.
