Holiday house located in Tumpen near Umhausen right at the heart of the Ötztal Valley. In a very central location: only a few driving minutes away from the Hochoetz family ski area. Sölden (25 min) and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl (35 min) are situated within easy reach by car. Skibus stop at only 3 walking minutes from our house. The entrance area on the ground floor features a separate sports equipment storage room (skis, boots, toboggans,..) incl. boot-dryer. Ample parking - for free!
