Out hut is situtaed on 1700 m sea height, with a beautiful view from Mayrhofen to Zell, surrounded by the mountain world. All year round the hut is accessible by the car, nevertheless, in winter snow chains are necessary. Shopping possibilities 10 km away. From the house you can start many nice mountain bike and travelling routes. 10min on foot away there is a snack station.
