When you step into Residenz-Theresa, you will notice at once: it’s a house with character and personality. A holiday resort where you feel like home immediately, because of lived hospitality and charming comfort. Very comfortable, open-minded and at the same time very personal.
It’s just a few minutes into the centre of Söll, the skibus stops just outside, immediate access to cross country and winter walking tracks in Winter, and the "Sunnseitweg" in Summer.
We offer appartments for 1-6 persons. We are open for you all over the year and our pleasure-facilities are, of course, available without charging.
Equipment in our "Residenz Theresa" includes: reception, lounge, ski storage room with boot drier, sauna, steambath, infrared cabine, relaxation room, washing machine and dehumidifier, large sun terrace, car parking.
