In only a few minutes by foot you reach the Rastkogelbahn cable car = connection to the skiing area Ski Zillertal 3000, the ski bus and hiking bus stop, the cross-country ski-run, sport shops, supermarket, cash dispenser, restaurants, après ski and bars and a hotel offering entry to the spa area for guests staying in neighbouring houses.
If the snow condition is good you can ski directly to the house.
The house consists of three apartments, spacious and fully equipped. Bed-linen, towels, dishtowels are available.
A storage room for skies and a boot-dryer and a parking side is available.
