Look forward to an unforgettable vacation at our beautiful s'Landhaus farm in a quiet, but central location in Neustift amidst a fantastic mountain setting at the heart of the Stubai Alps. Characterised by our warm hospitality, a family-friendly atmosphere, personal service and great love for detail, we always strive to ensure your well-being. The free ski bus services the entire Stubaital and takes you to the Stubai Glacier and the Schlick 2000 resort. The stop of the ski bus to Innsbruck is just a 3-minute away walk from our s'Landhaus farm. Right outside your door you will find the village square of Neustift, with various shops, a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy the advantage of the separate access to your apartment on the 1st floor. Our 97m² apartment combines traditional and modern elements and is equipped with every comfort. A couch bed, a CD player and satellite TV are available in the living room. The kitchen features kitchenware, a microwave, a dishwasher and a dining area. Two large, stylishly furnished bedrooms ensure restful nights. The larger bedroom comes with pine wood furniture and a pleasant and soothing wood scent. The second bedroom is furnished with hand-carved furniture in Tyrolean style. In the modern, spacious bathroom you can enjoy the convenience of an infrared cabin. Use our free Wi-Fi and free parking right outside the door, on request you can also park your car in the carport. A safe, space for your skiing equipment and a boot dryer are among the other comforts available with us. Younger guests can look forward to a playground in the garden or to rabbits, cats and calves on the farm. Give us a hand in the barn and feed cow Heidi with fresh hay. At our s'Landhaus farm we serve an extensive breakfast with farm products directly in your living room. Enjoy the incomparable taste of our home-made produce such as hay milk, yogurt, butter, potatoes or apple juice. You are welcome to refine your dishes using herbs from our garden. Visit us in summer at Nürnbergerhütte on 2,300m, an overnight stay there with breakfast is included in the price. Here you can also enjoy the fantastic views of the Stubaital or conquer the Mairspitze summit. When spending your holidays in Neustift you will discover an amazing scenery. Choose among 4 skiing resorts, including the impressive Stubai Glacier, the Schlick 2000 skiing and hiking paradise, Serlesbahnen in Mieders or the Elferlifte in Neustift. The skiing resort for experienced skiers, the Elferlifte, is 500m only away. Here you also find Tyrol’s longest sled runs that are illuminated at night.
