The wonderful situation at the heart of the idyllic Zillertaler mountains guarantees a unique flair for your most beautiful days of the year. Our apartment house is situated in the green and yet centrally located!

Enjoy the fantastic view of the wonderful Erste Ferienregion Zillertal panorama and the ideal situation near the centre of Kaltenbach, which is only 10 minutes on foot.
For our guests, parking is available right in front of the apartment house.

For the little ones we offer a playground. Also adults do not miss out on anything: A barbeque area in the garden and the distillery for the occasional tasting provide for entertainment.

Review the high points of the day in our Finnish sauna and recuperate in the relaxation area with mosaic shower. (Sauna only at winter and 1 time per week- free of charge from 4 people)

We have several rooms with rustic or modern furniture, with balcony, shower/WC, TV and free Wifi. The breakfast buffet, with own produce and products from partner businesses is already included.

We also offer apartments for up to 12 people that are generously furnished and ideally suited both for families and couples. All apartments come with a balcony or garden access, apartment kitchen, double room, generous bathrooms and free Wifi. One of our apartments is even suited for guests with handicap. For a small additional fee the wonderful breakfast buffet is also available to our apartment guests.

For our active guests Erste Ferienregion Zillertal has various summer and winter activities on offer.
In winter you reach the skiing resort Hochzillertal with the free ski bus in only 3 minutes. There, you will also find skiing schools and ski rentals.
In summer you can start your hiking tour directly from the house. The Wöscherhof is also the ideal starting point to explore the Zillertal by bike.
We additionally offer a room with a ski and mountain boot dryer and storage facilities for your bikes.
