The cross-country ski trail starts directly in Zell am Ziller. The largest ski area in the Zillertal, the Arena, is only 3 km away, the Mayrhofner Bergbahnen and the Hochzillertal ski area only 8 km away. The Hintertux Glacier (year-round ski area) is only 20 km away. The ski bus stops near the house in winter (200 m). 180 Euro for final cleaning. . . . .
