We offer you a family atmosphere in a sunny and peaceful location, benefiting from panoramic views!

Our house offers you: parlour games, badminton, playground with swing, sandbox, table tennis, see-saw, trampoline, play hut, darts, table football, sunbathing area and plenty of open space around the farm. Our BBQ is also at your disposal.

Of course, we have lots of animals here on the farm: cats, kittens, pygmy goats, rabbits, hens, calves and cows; in summer you can go with the farmer up to the mountain pasture, giving you lots of insights into farm life.

Our 2 apartments are comfortably furnished with a large kitchen/living room (stove and oven, fridge, coffee percolator, electric kettle, crockery, blender...), seating area, cosy sofa, satellite TV, radio, vestibule (wardrobe), balcony, terrace, spacious bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC. We'll also serve breakfast on request.

Naturally, there are also lots of lovely hikes or cycling tours to be had in the surrounding area. In Hopfgarten (5 km away) you will find a large bathing lake (Salvenaland) with play area, summer bob sleigh track and mini-golf for the kids. In winter, you can explore the biggest adjoining ski region in the world (Skiwelt -Wilder Kaiser), with over 90 lifts and 70 ski chalets, or get yourself a toboggan and take a trip on the Haagalm directly behind our house.
