Here combine modern chalets, apartments and rooms and the restaurant & bar Montana Alm with sun terrace to the slopes to an all-round experience of the holiday class. Every experience just a few steps away from you: modern living, delicious cuisine in a rustic ambience and unique ski lodging pleasure. That's Montana!

The 17 spacious and cosy comfortable apartments and the homely 2 double rooms, 2 junior suites and one family room are all renovated and convince in the modern Alpine style with a cozy atmosphere.

Families attention! Here you feel on vacation as at home! Only better! In your own apartment there is enough space for privacy and you can enjoy to your heart's content and relax! Whether you want to spend a romantic holiday for two or with child and cone or with your friends - our apartments are equipped top and form two to eight persons in every size available. All apartments have a separate living room with fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, mostly sofa bed, one to three bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, Sat-TV and some with a large balcony or terrace. Towels and bed linen are provided.  You can also decide whether you want to cook for yourself or take a regional breakfast in our rustic “Zirbenstube” or an à la carte meal or an enjoyable 3-course dinner in the “Montana Alm” right next to Appart Montana. Because: At our house you can choose between bed and breakfast, half board or self-catering. 

For luxury Lovers, the Montana also offers Chalets for up to 9 People.

The chalets, feature Tyrolean nature in the foreground, offer you 4 double rooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath tub), a cozy living room with chill out corner and big Sat-TV, a kitchen and a spacious dining area. As a special treat, each of the three chalets has a terrace with stunning views and private BBQ, as well as an outdoor whirlpool (for a surcharge). And in the garden the three chalets share a barrel sauna!

Culinary

Start your day with a varied breakfast buffet in the cozy Zirbenstube. Here you will be spoiled with crispy baked goods, fruity jams and delicious sausage and cheese platters. Or you have your own breakfast in your apartment and take the bread service with daily fresh baked goods to complete!

The rustic and cozy Montana Alm, right next to the Apparthaus and a few steps from the chalets, with typical Tyrolean delicacies, invites you to take a break or get together with family and friends. Dinner in the evening by candlelight and celebrations in a great atmosphere with an open fireplace - the Montana Alm is also ideal for your events. On the large sun terrace with lounge furniture and panoramic views, you can end an eventful day skiing on the slopes with the whole family or friends. You are welcome to book the delicious and hearty half-board menu, which is served in the cozy Alm. Food truck on the terrace, daily from 11-15 except in bad weather

Wellness

After a long day of skiing you can relax and leave your soul to rest in the wellness area with two Finnish saunas, infrared cabin and steam bath and two cosy relaxation rooms. From the relaxation room with direct access to the outside you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the alpine panorama in the Zillertal.

Use of the wellness area is inclusive with the booking of a chalet (in winter), a double room, a junior suite, or a vacation apartment at Appart Montana. Sauna towels are in the spa area and soft bathrobes for the wellness area can be borrowed for free from the reception desk! 

May it be a little bit more?

There´s also a small fitness corner with two devices in the wellness area. This means that those who do not want to miss out on their daily dose of fitness on holiday can steel their bodies and stay fit. In addition to a modern exercise bike you will find the Technogym® Unica multi gym - a versatile weight bench for training all major muscle groups.

Your kids will have fun in the children's playroom and (adults too) in the game room with billiards, table tennis and table football! NEW! Ice skating rink and curling rink on the terrace of the Montana Alm right next to the slope! In the heated ski room your equipment is in good hands, so that you can climb in the morning in warm and dry ski boots. You will find enough parking spaces free of charge around the hotel. Or you reservate a parking space in the underground garage for 10 € per day. Your pets are welcome in Appart Montana! It will be charged 20 € per day (without food). Skipass service at the reception and hotel kiosk for smaller errands like forgotten cosmetics, as well as machine with drinks and sweets. Ski school and ski rental are only about 300 m away! In summer, electric bikes are available for hire for a fee!

The mountain is calling - and the slopes of Hochfügen are looking forward to your turns! Whether gentle exercise routes, challenging downhill runs or breathtaking deep snow slopes: the Hochfügen ski resort has around 90 perfectly groomed slopes and with 100% guaranteed snow for all skiers and Snowboarders! In conjunction with the neighboring ski area Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach, there are 181 km of perfect pistes for every riding skill and every taste and almost endless off-piste opportunities for freeriders. In addition to glorious natural snow, state-of-the-art snowmaking ensures snow safety far into spring, if necessary.

In addition, of course, the wonderful views of white mountain peaks and snowy forests, the clear air and the wonderful peace ... there the skiers heart laughs!

Ski tour routes, the illuminated natural toboggan run or the cross-country ski Trail also offer variety for the days in Hochfügen, where you want to try something different. Or how about simply exploring the snowy landscape on foot? Winter and snowshoe hikes bring nature close! Also good alternatives in nearby Fügen for families with children and non-skiers are the Erlebnistherme and the skating ice rink.

The Hochfügen Specials provide rare and spectacular insights and views: A ride on the Pistenbully, the VIP sunrise skiing, the very private piste or fun at night skiing leaves nothing to be desired and offers a holiday in a class of its own.

In summer, the Hochfügen-Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region attracts with more than 400 km of hiking trails and 250 km of cycling and mountain bike routes. The family and adventure mountain Spieljoch in Fügen offers various attractions such as a water play park, flying fox, barefoot path and a show mine. As well as a new archery park right in Hochfügen!

In addition, you can enjoy swimming lakes and outdoor pools. The golf course Zillertal, an 18-hole championship course invites beginners and professionals to a well-groomed round of golf. There are also offers such as climbing in the climbing gym or in the spectacular high ropes course in the Adventure Park Zillertal.
