The Achensee XC Ski Camps in Steinberg am Rofan offer coaches clinics for everyone, from novices to racers to individuals. Their number one goal is to provide skiers a top notch clinic experience whether avid master racers looking for an early season training camp or skiers simply wanting to improve technique. Achensee Region is a true haven for cross country skiing and the excellent trail system makes this one of the best places for cross country skiing in Tirol. In its sixth year in 2025, there are three camp experiences scheduled: For classic skiers from January 10 to 12, 2025; for skate skiers from January 17 to 19, 2025; and new this year is a skating technique training for advanced skiers on February 01 and 02, 2025.
The 3-day clinics are open to all level skiers who want to become more efficient in both classic and skate techniques and have significant on-snow time with coaches for two days. The camp will begin with an indoor session to introduce technique on the first evening, followed by on-snow sessions. During lunch break, camp attendees can mix and mingle with like-minded and make new friends.
