The “Alpinisst” culinary event transforms Innsbrucks’s historic heart into a glamorous outdoor restaurant featuring authentic Tirolese food prepared by local, award-winning chefs.
Taste the crème de la crème of epicurean delights at this hugely glamorous culinary event in the glamorous setting in front of the Tirol Provincial Theater and right opposite to Innsbruck’s Imperial Palace. Five sophisticated table settings will be erected for serious culinarians to enjoy decadent meals in intimate privacy.
The distinctive dishes are prepared using the finest of Tirolese produce by award-winning celebrity chefs such as Christoph Bickel from Oniriq Restaurant (Wednesday and Monday), Michael Ploner and Oliver Mijic from S'kammerli Gourmet Restaurant in Nauders (Saturday and Sunday), Peter Fankhauser from Guat’s Essen Restaurant in Stumm (Monday and Tuesday), and Martin Sieberer with Thomas & Michael from Trofana Royal Hotel in Ischgl (Friday and Saturday). A spectacular four-course gourmet dinner menu is served each night from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and from 8:30pm to 10:30pm. The three-course business lunch is served daily between 12:00 noon and 1:30pm, prepared by Hafele*Catering.
