The “Alpinisst” culinary event transforms Innsbrucks’s historic heart into a glamorous outdoor restaurant featuring authentic Tirolese food prepared by local, award-winning chefs.
Taste the crème de la crème of epicurean delights at this hugely glamorous culinary event in the glamorous setting in front of the Tirol Provincial Theater and right opposite to Innsbruck’s Imperial Palace. Eight sophisticated table settings will be erected for serious culinarians to enjoy decadent meals in intimate privacy.
The distinctive dishes are prepared using the finest of Tirolese produce by award-winning celebrity chefs such as Josef Mühlmann from Gannerhof Restaurant in East Tirol (Saturday); Stefanie Rieser (So/Mo) from Wilderer Gourmetstube Restaurant on Achensee Lake (Sunday and Monday); Peter Fankhauser from Guat’s Essen Restaurant in Zillertal Valley (Tuesday and Wednesday); and Marco Gatterer from Berggericht Restaurant in Kitzbühel (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). A spectacular four-course fine dining dinner menu is served each night from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. The three-course business lunch is served daily between 12:00 noon and 1:30pm, prepared by Hafele*Catering.
