The ERSA European Open Race Snowboard Championships will be back in Seefeld Olympia Region in February 2020 with a flurry and a bang. Now in its second year, the open event attracts more than 250 athletes.
The European Open Race Snowboard Championships debuted in 2019 with 190 competitors and will return to Seefeld Olympia Region in February 2020. This year, the event at Rosshütte Ski resort near Seefeld brings together about 250 snowboarders from many different countries. Competition starts with a parallel giant slalom on Saturday, February 8, 2020 and continues with a parallel slalom on Sunday (February 8, 2020). There are six divisions, ranging from U10 to Master Class.
Spectators can look forward to thrilling contests, an array of side events and an expo area. The European Open Snowboard Championships are organized by the European Race Snowboard Association (ERSA), which was newly founded in 2017.
