FIS Alpine Junior World Ski Championships

In January, over 500 of the world’s best junior ski athletes will journey to St. Anton, to race for the podium for their country and to live up to the event slogan of "(Y)our next step".

In January 2023, St. Anton will welcome the future stars of ski racing to the world renowned ski resort at the heart of the European Alps. The Junior World Ski Champs are an annual competition for upcoming athletes between 16-20 years of age. Plus, the event is a unique opportunity for athletes to stretch their wings and test themselves against the best their contemporaries have to offer. For ten days, the very best athletes from over 50 nations of the world compete on the slopes of the prestigious ski resort of St. Anton am Arlberg.

The event is officially kicked-off on January 16, 2023. More than 500 athletes from all Alpine disciplines plus their coaches and support staff are expected to embark on St. Anton for the ten-days long competition. The speed events will begin on January 17 and the technical events will start on January 21, 2023. The great ski racing will be rounded out with live acts and entertainment.
