The 32nd IFFI – International Film Festival Innsbruck offers the opportunity to discover extraordinary films from around the world and off the mainstream. The annual lineup features cinematic discovery from Asia, Americas and Africa and an awards night.
Founded in 1992 by a collaboration between Cinematograph and Leokino cinemas, the IFFI – International Film Festival Innsbruck is an extraordinary showcase of cinematic discovery. The festival is showcasing Asian, African and (Latin) American films that are underrepresented in global cinema networks. For six days, IFFI celebrates film as a global phenomenon in all its facets. In addition to new exciting and innovative films in the competitions, we show film-historical treasures in the retrospectives.
