Introduction to Classic Skiing Course

Ischgl, every Monday from 04.12.2023 - 09.04.2024

If you want to learn how to Nordic ski for the first time, the professional instructors of the Ischgl Ski School can teach you all you need to know about classic skiing in a beautiful fresh air "classroom"!

Nordic skiing has long been known to be one of the most healthy and beneficial sports. Few sports and activities can claim to be a total body workout, but Nordic skiing is just that. It combines both a lower body and upper body workout, while simultaneously working both the "pulling" and "pushing" muscles of each region. Moreover, Nordic skiing is an excellent aerobic workout, and because no single muscle group is overstressed, the activity can be sustained for hours on end. Starting in December and running through April, the Ischgl Ski School offers a 90-minute Introduction to Classic Skiing Course every Monday at 1:50pm. Drop point is the Ski School Office at the base of Silvretta Gondola. Get a full introduction to the sport with this class that teaches basic classic techniques and movement patterns. If you want to really hone your skills, choose personalized instruction, which is offered by the Ischgl Ski School daily.
