Singletrack
Flüstertrail

Riders who prefer natural trails will love the new Flüstertrail singletrack opened in summer 2018 in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. At 2.1km in length and with a vertical drop of 343 metres from top to bottom this challenging trail leads from the Schönjoch (2,433m) to the idyllic Heustadeldorf (2,095m). Rated intermediate, it has several steep sections right from the start and demands good bike-handling skills. With such spectacular scenery it takes a lot of will-power to keep your eyes on the trail instead of on the fine panoamic views overlooking the Inn Valley!

Trail description

The Flüstertrail can be reached quickly and easily using the Schönjochbahnen I and II cable cars. The trail itself begins next to the top of the cable car on the Schönjoch ridge at 2,436 metres above sea level, where riders should take the time to admire the majestic views of the Inn Valley before starting their descent.

The first section is relatively flat and straight, inviting riders to pick up speed. After a long fast section the trail becomes more twisting and the gradient increases. Here there are several rock passages as well. The end of the trail is at the Heustadeldorf, where riders will find several traditional wooden huts used for storing hay.

The journey down into the valley can be continued on the Zirbentrail, which takes leads to the Schöngampalm.

Tip! The Heustadeldorf is the perfect place for a rest with its sunny meadows, shade-giving huts and comfy hammocks.
