This themed hike all about fanastical beings leads around the small village of Bach im Lechtal. Walkers can look forward to everything from dragons to dwarves, all set in wonderful flower-filled meadows with the Modertalbach stream nearby and fabulous views of the mountains on the horizon. The highlight is without a doubt the thundering Modertal Waterfall, where visitors can learn about the story of the Dwarf Klapfhart and his magic mirror.

Trail description
Starting from the administrative building ("Gemeindeamt") in Bach, this circular trail first leads to the setttlement of Klapf, where a wonderful view of the small village of Bach im Lechtal awaits. From there, the trail continues to the district of Seesumpf, which lies picturesquely amidst green meadows. The trail then leads to the Modertal bridge and the Hotel Benglerwald. Finally, the trail heads eastwards back to Bach. The route can also be walked in the opposite direction.
