Glungezer Toboggan Run

Located on the Glungezer mountain above Tulfes, this toboggan run offers fine views of the Inn Valley and the Karwendel Mountains. The starting point is the top of the Tulfein-Express cable car. If you like, you can stop off for a drink and a snack at the Tulfeinalm hut or the Alpengasthaus Halsmarter after the fast descent. The toboggan run is very wide for the most part, becoming just a little narrower from the Heinrich Geisler footbridge onwards. It is not permitted to walk up on the toboggan run. Don't forget your headlamp when tobogganing at night as this toboggan run does not have floodlights.
