Winter hike
Vilser Alm

The pretty village of Vils can be found between the Tannheimer Tal Valley, the Lechtal Valley and the Allgäu region of Bavaria at an altitude of 828 metres above sea level. The Vilser Alm hut lies a little higher, at 1,227 metres. The winter hike from the village to the hut takes walkers along a well-maintained path with excellent views. After a hearty meal at the hut there is the option of either walking or tobogganing back down into the valley.
