Handmade, fresh from our own production and the best ingredients form the basis of our concept for success. Since autumn 2004, we have been pursuing the philosophy of producing our farmhouse ice cream with the best products and according to our own recipe. We do not use any colouring agents or flavour enhancers, and rely primarily on carefully selected ingredients.

The delicacies are sold in some regional shops as well as on our farm in Trattberg. But please call us first!
