In the Hopfgarten “Bauernladl” you will find a large selection of naturally produced food from about 25 different farmers of the region.

The generous and seasonal assortment includes many different products:
Bacon and sausage products, cheese, alpine butter, doughnuts, Tyrolean dumplings, meat patties, pasta, spices, juices, teas, jams, honey and high-quality distillates.
Fresh pork and beef are available on pre-order.

Where can you get the regional products?
Directly at the Bauernladl, every Friday (except public holidays) from 09.00 - 12.30 hrs and 15.00 - 18.00 hrs

Kammerlander family, "Fasslbauer" farm: sheep's milk cheese, sheep's milk cheese in oil, yoghurt butter and broda (speical cheese from the region)

Mißlinger family, "Samer" farm: bacon, various sausages, mountain cheese (Holzalm)
