The InMotion Fitness & Health Studio in Fügen is characterized by a special kind of fitness training. We take care of our customers individually and personally. The training control and planning is controlled by us via a training app or "old school" with a training plan. Regardless of whether you are on the go with your mountain bike, hike or do your unit in our studio, the app saves your performance and counts it as part of your individual training success. So you can keep an eye on your training and follow your training development. Your biometric data, muscle imbalances and current strength levels are measured by us and saved in your app. The best way to see what else our app can do is take part in a trial training session in the studio.
