Indulge yourself a soothing & relaxing shiatsu- or fasciae treatment. Blockades and tensions will be relieved with special techniques and your life energy will be stimulated.

'The art of careful touch' is performed to the clothed body on a matt on the floor.

Duration: approx. 50 minutes.

Every Wednesday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm in the yoga room in the Haus Hochegg.
