Description

Admission includes the use of the generous wellness oasis of 4,700 m² with various saunas, steam baths, indoor and outdoor pools, infinity sports pool, natural swimming lake with alpine beach and much more.
Experience infusions by a professional sauna master 2-3 times a week. Additionally, there is a daily changing array of activities and relaxation offerings. A small cake buffet in the afternoon is included in the price.

Day Spa: Monday to Thursday € 95,00, Friday to Sunday and on public holidays € 115,00 
Half Day Spa (15.00 - 20.00): Monday to Sunday € 70,00, Late Spa - Wednesday (15.00 - 22.00 - 2 hours free) € 70,00.

We kindly ask day guests to reserve their visit to the Day Spa at least two days in advance by phone at 05212/22720.
Cosmetic treatments and massages are only available by prior telephone appointment.

Cold Chamber and Altitude Training

Cryotherapy
The cryotherapy is conducted in a specially developed cold chamber, where temperatures of up to -110 degrees Celsius are applied for a duration of three minutes. The intense cold stimulus stimulates the body and triggers various regenerative processes that enhance your energy, vitality, and health.

IHHT – Intermittent Hypoxia Therapy
The intermittent hypoxia therapy (IHHT) is an innovative method for improving physical performance and recovery ability. It simulates altitude conditions to adapt the body and promote cell renewal. During the therapy, one alternates between breathing oxygen-reduced air and oxygen-rich air, which stimulates the body for revitalization and energy enhancement.
