Strengthened, agile and fit for the summer! To start with fascia training, it does not matter how athletic or fit you are! The goal is to feel good in your own body - we all have this goal - whether beginners or active athletes! Stretching, springing, feeling and invigorating - that's what this training is all about. In order to offer a varied, efficient program, balls or fascia rollers are used, among other things, in addition to working with the body. All training aids are provided by Romana for the duration of the course.
