aktiv Wellness - Hike to Astachhof
Promote your health and well-being with gentle hikes and light health and relaxation exercises. All activities are led by a professional active wellness trainer and are suitable for everyone.
The Active Wellness program is available free of charge to all guests from Zell-Gerlos from June 22 to September 19, 2025, upon presentation of the Zell-Gerlos TopCard (guest card).
10:00 AM: "Hike to Astachhof"
We take the hiking bus to the entrance of the Schwarzachtal. Then the hike takes us over Weisbachlkurve towards Böndel to the
Astachhof (1,320 m). After a refreshment and energizing exercises, we casually walk back over the Grasegg to Gerlos Gmünd.
Total duration: approx. 5 hours; walking time: approx. 3.5 hours.
Important: good footwear (mountain shoes)!
