PILATES - Healthy Back and Strong Core
The Pilates method is a holistic movement training that focuses primarily on activating the deep muscle groups. The quality of movement execution, body awareness, posture, and muscle development are sustainably improved.
Gentle exercises first mobilize and then strengthen the fascia and muscle groups. The aim is to alleviate and improve back problems and to build a strong core. In this class, you can also look forward to an extensive abdominal workout, as a strong trunk stabilizes your spine.
