Scenic snowshoe route on the sunny side of Alpbach
depending on the chosen route, an avalanche transceiver equipment

Initially on foot to the town center, past the church on the left, past the Hotel Der Böglerhof – pure nature resort until shortly before the Congress Center Alpbach. Here turn left onto the ski slope of the small village lift and put on the snowshoes. Now uphill right beside the short slope to the houses, through the houses, over the bridge and then cross-country uphill to the “Thierberghöfe” farmsteads. Pass the farmhouse on the left and above the forest road along to the forest; then several switchbacks uphill through the forest, leave this path again to the left and downhill across fields and field paths to the well-known bridge and back to the starting point.
