Description

The Bschlaber Höhenweg trail connects the two districts of Bschlabs and Boden. You start in Bschlabs and hike through the hamlets of Egg and Zwieseln at the beginning of the high trail, with their old wooden houses in traditional architectural style that are well worth seeing. The hiking trail continues past meadows and forests to the Plötzigtal valley, where you cross a bridge. Afterwards, you hike comfortably again on a beautiful hiking trail through the forest until you cross the main road and follow a gravelled path down into the valley to the Boden circular trail.
