The romantic country house in the Tyrolean Gschnitz Valley has been run by the Covi family for 4 generations. Today Jörg and Harry Covi manage the hotel and restaurant in Trins/Tyrol, with the support of all family members who are responsible for everything from the vegetable garden to the design concepts.
