Description

Evening Yoga After a stressful day, it is often difficult to unwind in the evening. The body is tired, yet too much is racing through the mind. Evening yoga provides deep relaxation, helps the body and mind regenerate, and ensures calmness after a demanding day. This evening program calms the nervous system and assists in relaxing and reducing stress. These are simultaneously the most important prerequisites for restful, deep sleep.
