International "Käsiade" Cheese Festival 2025
The Association of Dairy and Cheese Experts, a union of Austrian and European cheese specialists, is organizing the 18th International Cheese Olympiad. The Cheese Olympiad is a competition for cheese and dairy specialists from home and abroad, who have their cheese evaluated by an internationally composed jury. Particular emphasis is placed on the taste and texture of the products.
Thursday, October 16 - Awarding of the best cheese varieties
Friday, October 17 - Radio U1 live broadcast as well as cheese & wine presentation including wine tasting (entry 15 Euros)
Saturday, October 18 - Reception of honorary guests by the Federal Music Band and Shooting Company Hopfgarten, as well as certificate awarding
