Your senses will awaken as she reveals her secret knowledge: How do you make the perfect fluffy Kaiserschmarrn?
You have the chance to embark on an extraordinary journey in this workshop. Together we will prepare this sweet sin, share the secret of the fluffiest taste, and enjoy this delight together.
Registration: until Wednesday, 5:00 PM at the information offices or online
Meeting point: Thursday, 9:45 AM at the seminar hut at Filzalmsee Hochbrixen - about a 10-minute walk from the Hochbrixen mountain station or 5 minutes on skis
Cost: € 25.00 per person (lift ticket not included, special price with payment confirmation € 15,-)
Payment: CASH payment in advance, directly at the tourist office in Brixen im Thale - show the booking confirmation at the start of the workshop (also when purchasing lift tickets at the mountain cableway ticket office)
Duration: approx. 1 hour
