But when we cook together, skeptical tasters become brave explorers. And with the exciting mission to feed hungry gut microbes with fiber, even broccoli becomes an adventure! The workshops are about much more than just cooking – it's a journey of discovery that will enrich the whole family in a lasting way. From a 3-course meal to healthier pizzas or seasonal ingredients: Every month there's a new theme, but each time we transform healthy and fiber-rich ingredients into delicious treats.
