I will walk with you through a natural barefoot course and show you different methods to activate the body. In the Kneipp facility Hägerau, we will refresh ourselves with various applications from Sebastian Kneipp.
Whether it’s water treading, knee showers, or washes, we will find the right one for you. Afterwards, we will bring movement and fun into Kneipp, and to conclude, we will let the soul dangle with a meditation and a small snack "Kneippianer Like".
