Description

A special experience, widely known, is the "cooking over an open hearth." In the guest room, there is a large wooden stove surrounded by old pans. With great enthusiasm and wit, we guide you through the multi-course menu, and along the way, you will receive a small lesson in the Lechtal dialect. This is truly experiential dining.

Tyrolean cuisine is of great importance in our family business. Our menu features countless Tyrolean specialties such as: Schlutzkrapfen, Tries, Jägernudeln, Tyrolean dumplings with sauerkraut, or Kasspätzle, to name just a few. A large part of the Tyrolean specialties is also suitable for vegetarians. But international cuisine is also not overlooked in our house.

After the meal, we are happy to serve you one of our homemade schnapps or liqueurs. Whether it's nut liqueur, masterwort, or elderflower liqueur (just to name a few), you will find them in our assortment.

We are also happy to tell you the story of Geierwally or share some anecdotes from the Lechtal. For visitors to our restaurant, we gladly offer village tours for groups of 15 or more through the interesting history of Elbigenalp.
