In a workshop with the official Kaiserschmarrn Empress of Austria: Tamara Lerchner Before we get started in the kitchen, our adventure begins in the valley: on an idyllic herb hike, we make our way to the beautifully situated Seminaralm Hochbrixen. Together, we prepare this sweet sin, share the secret of its fluffy taste and enjoy this delicacy together.
Meeting point: Thursday, 8:00 AM at the Brixen im Thale info office, 9:45 AM start of the workshop at the Seminaralm am Filzalmsee Hochbrixen
Cost: € 25.00 per person
Payment: CASH payment in advance, directly at the Brixen im Thale tourism office - show the booking confirmation before the workshop starts (also when purchasing lift tickets at the mountain cable car ticket office)
Duration: Hike approx. 2 hours / Workshop approx. 1 hour / Hike back approx. 1.5 hours
