This contemplative city tour focuses on the Christmas nativity scenes and depictions of the birth. In November 2021, the nativity tradition was added to the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Tyrol's only listed and one of the oldest Tyrolean Baroque nativity scenes (1609) in the Haller Jesuit church will be publicly accessible starting December 8. The altarpiece in the Magdalenenkapelle features another special depiction of the birth from the 15th century. The Bachlechner nativity scene (early 20th century) in the parish church of St. Nicholas rounds off the tour. At the same time, the general history of the city of Hall does not fall short. Glory!
