Tyrol's ska rock formations meet the “new band in town” Since their founding in 1999 in Innsbruck, ’Ntschaskana has stood for energetic ska with passion, joy of playing, and plenty of offbeat. The repertoire of the probably oldest still active ska band in Tyrol ranges from the Jamaican roots of ska to two-tone and modern influences. In addition to selected classics, primarily original compositions shape the distinctive sound of the band. At Stromboli, the rock formations meet the newly formed group sKa-Ra-MOuche, which mixes energetic two-tone ska with punk rock, jazz, and a touch of noise. Danceable, raw, and driven by a powerful brass section, providing irresistible grooves with driving offbeats and cheeky energy.
