Event Summer-Special: "Horn-Gipfel-Höhenweg"

Promising mountain hike via the Ludwig-Scheiber path to the Kitzbüheler Horn and back via the Hoferschneid.

Description

With the Harschbichl cable car, we go to the Harschbichl mountain station. From there, we hike south along the well-constructed, impressive Ludwig-Scheiber trail through the summit rocks of the Kitzbüheler Horn to the summit (1996 m). Upon reaching the summit, the descent begins along the Hoferschneid. Here, sure-footedness is required, even if the unique view of the surrounding mountain world is so tempting. We return to the Harschbichl mountain station and take the cable car down to the valley.

All summer specials are free with the St. Johann Card (€ 10 without guest card). Exclusive mountain cable car ride (one ascent and descent is included in summer with three overnight stays in the St. Johann in Tirol region or with the St. Johanner citizen card).

Cost of the cable car ride € 29.00. Alternatively, you can also ride down to the valley with the mountain cart. On the specially built track, you will rush over winding sections through forests and meadows down to the valley station - cost € 35.00 including the ascent with the cable car.

Changes to the hiking routes can be made by the mountain guide before the start of the tour or during the day. We ask for your understanding if participants with insufficient equipment cannot be taken along.

Dogs are not allowed! Equipment: good hiking shoes (no sneakers), suitable clothing, drinks! and snacks, rain jacket, sun protection, backpack.
