On October 3rd, 2026, Stampfle in Jerzens will transform into a meeting point for friends of regional cuisine. The “Pitztaler Knödelfest” is all about one of the most popular specialties of Tyrolean cuisine. Various dumpling variations from the region, prepared with fresh and local products, invite you to enjoy and discover.
The appropriate atmosphere is provided by live music with the Dureggern. The young farmers of Jerzens take care of the service and ensure the well-being of guests. With entertaining competitions such as milking races and nail-driving contests, there is also excellent entertainment beyond the culinary offerings.
This makes the dumpling festival a sociable experience for the whole family – with regional cuisine, music, tradition, and plenty of good vibes.
