The bearded vulture, one of the most fascinating raptors of the Alps, is returning to its original habitats after more than a hundred years. 

The lecture provides an overview of the biology and lifestyle of this species, its reliable identification, as well as the history and development of the reintroduction project in the Alps. 

Using current data, population development, breeding success, and influencing factors on the population in North Tyrol will also be presented.

The registration deadline for each event ends at 4:00 p.m. on the day of the lecture. We look forward to numerous participants.
